Gabbie found herself isolated, the way so many of us did in those years, and she turned to the thing that had always felt like home: baking. At first it was simple — cakes for family birthdays, something to fill the hours. But the more she baked, the more she realized what she actually loved wasn't just the baking itself. Gabbie Seto spent years at the bedside as a Registered Nurse whose work demanded precision, composure, and the ability to hold steady when things got hard. She still does that work today, now part-time, threading her shifts around school pickups and the particular arithmetic of motherhood.
Kaitlyn Macintosh built a different kind of portfolio: handyman projects with her parents' business, a craft shop of her own, freelance photography on the side, and two kids running through all of it. They are sisters who have always existed in adjacent worlds, and Sincerely Yours is where those worlds finally merged.
What they each carried into the cake bar is less about skill sets and more about disposition. Gabbie's nursing background taught her that care is not a feeling, it is a practice which something you show up for even when you are tired, even when the outcome is uncertain. Kaitlyn's work across trades and creative fields gave her an adaptability that does not rattle easily; she has learned how to figure things out by actually doing them, not by waiting until conditions are perfect. Together they bring a kind of calm industriousness to the work that does not announce itself but shows up in the details.

Their husbands cover the late nights and the kid-wrangling and the market drop-offs so Gabbie and Kaitlyn can show up and do what they came to do. Friends have stepped in on tech, marketing, and social media. The business is, in the most literal sense, a family project. Gabbie and Kaitlyn do not treat that as a footnote; it is central to why any of this works.
